We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of mulch, soil, edging, and other garden supplies. If you are not satisfied, we’re here to help with a straightforward returns and exchanges process.

Return & Exchange Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of you receiving your shipment.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To start a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within the 15-day window. Please include your order number and the reason for the return or exchange.
  2. Receive Instructions: We will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific instructions on where to send the item.
  3. Ship the Item: Carefully package the unused and unopened item in its original packaging, include the RMA number inside the package, and ship it to the address we provide. Please note: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective item).
  4. Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or ship your replacement exchange item.

Refund Timing and Method

After we receive your return:

  • Timing: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
  • Method: The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Please allow additional time for your bank or payment processor to post the refund to your account.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or product, the process is the same as a return. Once we receive the original item, we will ship the new item to you. Standard shipping charges will apply for the new shipment.

⚠️ Important Note: Non-Returnable Items

Due to health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following products once they have been opened or used:

  • Mulch (Bagged Mulch, Pine Needle & Mulch Dyes)
  • Soil & Soil Amendments (Soil, Soil Amendments, Soil & Soil Amendments)
  • Decorative Moss

These items can only be returned if they are unopened and in their original, sealed packaging. We appreciate your understanding.
