Shipping Information
We are thrilled to serve gardening enthusiasts across the globe (excluding Asia and a few remote regions). We strive to process and dispatch your orders for mulch, soil, edging, and other landscaping supplies as quickly as possible.
Order Processing Time
Please allow 1-2 business days for us to carefully prepare your order for shipment. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your package is on its way.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeframes
We offer two reliable shipping options to meet your needs:
- Standard Shipping ( $12.95 )
We ship via trusted carriers like DHL or FedEx. Delivery typically occurs within 10-15 business days after we ship your order. - Free Shipping
For orders over $50, we offer free shipping via EMS. Please allow 15-25 business days for delivery after shipment.
Our Returns & Exchanges Policy
Your satisfaction is our top priority. We stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a simple returns and exchanges process within a specific timeframe.
Return & Exchange Timeframe
We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of you receiving your shipment.
Due to health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following products once they have been opened or used:
- Mulch (including Bagged Mulch, Pine Needle & Mulch Dyes)
- Soil & Soil Amendments (including Soil, Soil Amendments, Soil & Soil Amendments)
- Decorative Moss
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To start a return or exchange, please follow these simple steps:
- Contact Us: Email our friendly customer service team at [email protected] within the 15-day window. Please include your order number and the reason for your return or exchange.
- Receive Instructions: We will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific instructions on where to send the item.
- Ship the Item: Carefully package the unused and unopened item in its original packaging. Include the RMA number inside the package and ship it to the address we provide.
Please Note: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., we shipped the wrong item or the item was defective).
Refund Timing and Method
After we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Timing: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
- Method: The refund will be issued to the original payment method you used during purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
Please allow additional time for your bank or payment processor to post the refund to your account. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or product, the process is the same as a return. Once we receive the original item, we will ship the new item to you. Standard shipping charges will apply for the new shipment.
